From bulk tanks and rolling stock to pumps, hoses, nozzles and DEF dispensing systems, customers on the West Coast will now have new access to the equipment their operations depend on.
CHS energy equipment has expanded its operations to the Pacific Northwest, opening a new warehouse facility in Pasco, Wash.
The new facility will provide faster, more immediate service to customers based in western and mountain territories.
"Previously, we were shipping equipment from our facilities in Minnesota to customers across the country, which could take up to five to seven business days to reach our end-users," says Kenton Sonnenburg, manager, CHS energy equipment.
"With the opening of this new outpost, we can significantly drop lead times and get products like Fill-Rite or GPI fuel pumps to customers out West in as little as one or two days, with no additional freight costs."
Customers can choose to ship their orders or expedite service by calling ahead to verify on-site stock and pick up their orders directly from the CHS energy equipment warehouse.
"Our goal is to provide as seamless an experience as possible for our customers, no matter where they're based," says Sonnenburg. "This central access will be a game-changer to meet customers' needs as they evolve in real time. The shorter the lead time, the sooner we can help get them up, running and growing their businesses."
