Roxborough Memorial Hospital Welcomes Alfred Schupp III, MD

Philadelphia, PA (July 21, 2024) - Alfred Schupp III, MD, a board-certified physiatrist, has joined Roxborough Memorial Hospital's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department. He will be working on the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.

Prior to joining Roxborough Memorial Hospital, he was an attending consult physiatrist for Medrina in Philadelphia, and an attending physiatrist and director of the COVID Recovery Clinic at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital. Malvern, PA.

"I prioritize wellness and prevention, integrative healthcare, and hands-on treatment for various health issues," said Dr. Schupp. "My objective is to equip patients with practical self-care strategies and eliminate obstacles like pain that hinder their ability to fully enjoy good health."

Dr. Schupp received his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in brain injury medicine at Penn State Health.

The Inpatient Rehabilitation at Roxborough Memorial Hospital features six private rooms and two semi-private rooms, located on the fourth floor of the Hospital.
