Monumental Sports & Entertainment Releases Additional Renderings of The Vaults at Capital One Arena

Washington, D.C. (December 12, 2024) - Monumental Sports & Entertainment(MSE) revealed today updated renderings, video animations, and a detailed customer journey for The Vaults, an unparalleled luxury experience coming soon to Capital One Arena in downtown Washington, D.C. Designed to set a new standard in premium offerings within the sports and entertainment industry, the Vault Suites will offer an exclusive and immersive experience for fans in the nation's capital. The sales process for The Vaults will launch in January 2025.

Initially announced in October, The Vaultswill be the most unique premium setting in the region, combining the finest amenities with an all-inclusive experience that places guests steps away from the action at more than 200 events annually, including all games for the NBA's Washington Wizards and NHL's Washington Capitals, as well as concerts and special events at Capital One Arena. Vault Suite owners will have the best seats in the house, with close-up views of the court, rink, or concert stage.

A One-of-a-Kind Gameday Experience

The Vault Suites reimagine the arena VIP experience from start to finish. Guests arrive in style with a VIP parking experience and enter through a private, branded entrance conveniently located off the main concourse of Capital One Arena. Upon arrival, they are welcomed by a mixologist in the premier welcome lounge, cocktail in hand. The Vault Suites feature a private Tasting Room for guests to socialize, enjoy premium offerings, and mingle throughout the event. The exclusive Tasting Room will serve locally inspired appetizers, specialty desserts crafted by an award-winning pastry chef, and fan-favorite last bites to create a truly unforgettable experience.

Vault Suite owners and their guests will then be escorted to their private suite, where they will enjoy an all-inclusive culinary experience tailored to their tastes by a dedicated culinary specialist. Once in their suite, guests may indulge in an all-inclusive menu offering a multi-course meal, complemented by unlimited beer, wine, and cocktails for every event.

A New Standard of Service

All Vault Suite owners will enjoy exclusive membership in the new Monumental Premier program, a premier benefits package designed to enhance their experience both inside and outside Capital One Arena. Members will receive access to a curated selection of best-in-class hotels for guests attending games in The Vaults, along with preferred reservations at the finest pregame dining spots in D.C. Vault owners will also benefit from special discounts on additional suites and lower-level tickets at Capital One Arena, as well as concierge service to secure premium tickets for away games in various cities. Additional perks include exclusive discounts on experiential, service, and hospitality offerings from MSE's expansive network of partners, and a dedicated suite specialist that will conduct monthly check-ins to ensure that every need is met, delivering a truly personalized and elevated experience.

Construction on the Vault Suites is set to begin in summer 2025, with completion expected in time for the 2025-26 season. The Vault Suites were the first of five brand-new suite types to be unveiled at Capital One Arena, marking a monumental leap forward in the world of luxury sports and entertainment hospitality.

Last month, MSE and United Airlines also announced plansfor the launch of the United Globe Club℠ and United Globe Lounge℠ at Capital One Arena. The space will debut in fall 2025 and feature two state-of-the-art spaces that are designed to offer unparalleled access, luxury, and service to the most exclusive ticket holders for events at Capital One Arena. Spanning a total of more than 24,000 square feet of hospitality space, the United Globe Club and United Globe Lounge will offer a variety of elevated amenities and personalized services, delivering a premium environment to enhance every event.
