Notice of Local Boundary Commission Public Hearing and Decisional Meeting Regarding the Proposed Hoonah City Dissolution and Xunaa Borough Incorporation

The LBC will convene a public hearing under 3 AAC 110.550 regarding the proposed dissolution of the City of Hoonah and incorporation of a Xunaa Borough. The proposed borough would consist of approximately 10,403 square miles of land and water. The public hearing will be held:

Thursday, September 5, 2024 - 2:00 p.m.

at City of Hoonah Council Chambers

Hoonah, AK, 99829

The LBC will convene a decisional meeting under 3 AAC 110.570 to act on the proposal at a date no later than December 3, 2024.
