Pueblo Police Department Makes Arrest in the City's 18th Homicide
Pueblo, CO― On Sunday, November 24, 2024, at approximately 5:35 p.m. Pueblo Police responded to the 3100 block of Bonaventure Ct. on the report of a deceased male.
Officers arrived on scene and initiated an investigation, requesting the assistance of the Pueblo Police Department's Special Victims Unit. Crime Scene Investigations detectives processed the scene for evidence. A suspect was subsequently interviewed and arrested on the charge of 2nd Degree Murder. The deceased victim will be identified by the Pueblo County Coroner after appropriate notifications. This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
This is the City's 18th official homicide in 2024. Pueblo Police are actively investigating an additional suspicious death that occurred in September of this year that has not been deemed a homicide at this time.
