PPB Needs Public's Help Identifying Witness to Assault (Photo)

The Portland Police Bureau is requesting the public's help in identifying a witness needed for an upcoming trial. This individual was a witness to an assault that occurred in December of 2022 in front of a business located in the 12000 block of Southeast Stark Street.
PPB is releasing a photograph of the witness from the night of the incident.
No further information will be released.
