LOS ANGELES-The Los Angeles Business Journal has named Brian Bieluch and Ashley Simonsen to its 2024 Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys list, a recognition honoring the "best litigators and trial attorneys" in Los Angeles.

Brian is a partner in Covington's Los Angeles office and serves as vice-chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation group. Brian focuses on complex, multi-forum patent and technology litigation, representing companies in disputes with competitors in the U.S. International Trade Commission, district courts, and the Federal Circuit. Brian further has significant experience in serving as coordinating counsel for international IP disputes and regularly works with Covington teams in China and South Korea on complex IP matters.

A partner in Covington's Los Angeles office, Ashley focuses on defending complex class actions and mass torts in state and federal courts across the country and represents clients in the technology, financial services, and consumer brands industries through all stages of litigation, with a strong track record of success on early dispositive motions. Her practice encompasses advertising, antitrust, consumer protection, and product liability matters.
