Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:20 AM, Troopers arrested Charles Seaberry, age 37, of 374 Maple Avenue Apt. 1, Barrington, Rhode Island for 1) Delivery / Possession with Intent to Deliver /Manufacture - Schedule I and Schedule II (two counts). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on School Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the ACI - Men's Intake Center pending morning arraignment.

At 11:20 AM, Troopers arrested David Quaglia, age 27, of 77 Peck Street, Rehoboth, Massachusetts for 1) Delivery / Possession with Intent to Deliver / Manufacture - Schedule I and Schedule II (two counts). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on School Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the ACI - Men's Intake Center pending morning arraignment.

At 4:09 PM, Troopers arrested Thomas Waters, age 57, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Arson 4th Degree originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Twin River Road in the Town of Lincoln. Mr. Waters was taken into custody and then turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

At 1:10 AM, Troopers arrested Devan J. Hayes, age 42, of 670 North Main Street, Apartment 14S, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Driving After Suspension of License - Certain Violations. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a probation/bail violator in Sixth Division District Court.

At 12:11 AM, Troopers arrested Holly A. Messier, age 31, of 184 Alabama Avenue, First Floor Apartment, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving After Suspension of License - Certain Violations - First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police - Headquarters, where she was processed and held pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator.
