Parking Clerk Online System Down

The online system for parking ticket payments, appeals, and resident parking is dealing with technical issues. We're working to resolve those problems now.

At the moment, users are NOT able to:

• Pay tickets online
• Apply for a resident permit online
• Appeal tickets online
• Conduct any Zoom Hearings online
• Check tickets, tows, or boots through phone calls

Please Note:

• Resident parking permits are still being issued in person at City Hall, but we cannot process ticket violation payments in person.
• Hearings scheduled for today (Friday, August 30, 3024) have been canceled. You will be able to come in next week at whatever time is most convenient for you, Tuesday through Friday, from 9 a.m - 4 p.m. If those dates and times do not work, please email [email protected].
