Downtown Area Street Closures December 7th & 8th

There will be multiple, overlapping special events occurring on December 7th, 2024. Please avoid all unnecessary travel in the area bounded by Glenoaks Boulevard, Magnolia Boulevard, Angeleno Avenue, and First Street.

Downtown Burbank Winter Arts Festival: San Fernando Boulevard will be closed to through traffic between Magnolia Boulevard and Angeleno Avenue from approximately 6:00AM on Saturday, December 7th until 11:00PM on Sunday, December 8th for the Downtown Burbank Winter Arts Festival. Additionally, adjacent blocks on Palm Avenue, Orange Grove Avenue, and Olive Avenue will also have limited or no access.

Mayor's Tree Lighting: Olive Avenue will be closed between Glenoaks Boulevard and San Fernando Boulevard in addition to Third Street between Olive Avenue and Orange Grove Avenue from approximately 2:00pm until 8:00pm on Saturday, December 7th for the Mayor's Tree Lighting ceremony.
