On September 13, 2024, Thomas E. Davin informed BRC Inc. (the "Company") of his decision to resign from the Company's Board of Directors, effective September 13, 2024, in order to devote time to personal endeavors. Mr. Davin's resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
