Charleston Court Closure

Due to severe weather, the Charleston court location will be closed Monday, August 5th through Friday, August 9th. Hearings scheduled for August 8, 2024 in Charleston will be continued until August 20, 2024, unless otherwise ordered. The Court's CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing and research. Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) will remain available for pro se filings.
