The City's Stormwater Management Cost-Share Program for Creve Coeur helps homeowners associations and individual homeowners address stormwater issues.
The program has two categories: homeowners associations and individual homeowners. The homeowners association category helps subdivisions maintain the capacity and performance of stormwater detention basins. The individual homeowner category helps individual homeowners with:
The program is funded by the Parks and Stormwater Sales Tax. Through the program, homeowners associations and individual homeowners who have their applications approved will be reimbursed as much as 50% of total cost, up to the maximum limits for each program category. Through last year's cost-share program, multiple projects were approved and funded, such as a rain garden and a swale with dry wells proposed by individual homeowners, along with a stormwater basin pipe repair project submitted by a homeowners association.
Applications for the Stormwater Management Cost-Share Program are due Monday, December 16, 2024. Submitted applications will be reviewed, scored and presented to the Stormwater Committee for consideration. The Stormwater Committee's recommended projects will be presented to the City Council for final approval.
