Parking Notice: Court Street Garage Roof Repairs

Starting Monday, October 28th, the roof level of the Court Street Garage will undergo repair and refurbishing work. The scheduled completion date for this project is December 18th. During this period, the roof level will be closed.

To ensure safety, sections of level 5 directly under the roof will also be closed at various times to prevent material from dropping on vehicles. This should cause minimal disruption to parking. All other parking spaces will remain unaffected, and the traffic pattern will not change.

This work includes the installation of a new traffic-bearing membrane to protect the roof and prevent water penetration to the levels below.
