Appeal to locate missing man - Lane Cove

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's lower north shore.

Jeffrey Patterson, aged 50, was last seen in Lane Cove about 6am this morning (Tuesday 24 September 2024).

When Jeffrey failed to return home and could not be contacted, officers attached to North Shore Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Jeffrey is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 187cm tall with medium build and grey short hair. He has a tattoo of a lion on his left forearm and Viking tattoos on his left elbow and left knee.

It's unknown what he is wearing, but he typically wears a black t-shirt, blue denim jeans and black shoes.
