Amendments to Local Rules and Local Forms, Effective September 4, 2024

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota is amending several local rules in the 5000, 6000, and 7000 series and is abrogating three Local Forms. The amendments also include two new forms to be maintained by the Clerk of Court: Registry Deposit Information Form and Registry Withdrawal Payee Information Form. The amendments will take effect on September 4, 2023.
