Resting in Public Spaces Time, Place, and Manner Listening Session

On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, the City of Grants Pass will convene a listening session related to resting in public spaces time, place, and manner regulations. The session will begin at 6 pm in the City Council Chambers, 101 NW A Street, Grants Pass, OR 97526

1. City staff will present an overview of the issue, addressing the legal landscape and future action.

2. What does the Council need to know: People in attendance will have an opportunity to provide brief verbal comments to the Council that will help them determine a solution to this issue. 90 seconds of public comment per person.

3. The Council will not be responding to public comment at this meeting. The Council will not be making any policy decisions at this meeting.

The session will be streamed via RVTV, and on the City of Grants Pass YouTube channel.
