City of Dublin to Host Two Community Meetings to Discuss the Dublin Commons Project

The City of Dublin will host two upcoming Community Meetings to provide Dublin residents with information about the proposed Dublin Commons project on Wednesday, August 7, at 7:00 p.m., and Thursday, August 8, at 6:00 p.m.

Two different meeting dates and times are scheduled for your convenience. The two meetings will provide the same information, so attendance at both meetings is not necessary.

The applicant, Hines, on behalf of the property owner, ASVRF Dublin Place, submitted an application for the Dublin Commons project. The Dublin Commons project is the redevelopment of the Dublin Plaza Shopping Center as part of implementing the Downtown Dublin Preferred Vision. Dublin Commons is a mixed-use project of up to 275,000 square feet of retail (consisting of 155,000 square feet of new retail and 120,000 square feet of existing retail); 535,000 square feet of Research and Development (Life Science); 1,510 multi-family residential units; and a new Town Square/park. The project entitlements included in the current application are a Vesting Tentative Map and a Development Agreement.

Please join City Staff at this Community Meeting to receive a short presentation about the proposed Dublin Common project and development process.
