Notice of Adopted and Filed Changes to the Regulations of the Alaska Board of Massage Therapists

On September 9, 2024, the Board of Massage Therapists adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 79 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern updates dealing with clarifying cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification and courses acceptable to the board.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on October 2, 2024, and are effective on November 1, 2024. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 252, January 2025 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
