R2024/24 – Procurement Support Officer

An exciting opportunity exists to join Wentworth Shire Council in the role of Procurement Support Officer. This role is responsible for assisting with the administering of Council's procurement function, in accordance with policies, procedures and guidelines.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Financial Accountant to deliver quality and professional support.

The position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a three-month probation period and has a commencement salary of $81,541.20 plus 11.5% superannuation.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a fit for work assessment along with a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
