Hope Valley Barracks

At 5:37 PM, Troopers arrested Wadimir A. Padua Altoro, age 34, of 1101 Lonsdale Avenue, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates, 2.) Giving False Documents to Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
