GCAC, Inc. 2024-2025 Grant Application

The Garland Cultural Arts Commission, Inc. works to make funds available to local arts groups, historic preservation organizations, and other meritorious artistic entities in order to promote and encourage public programs and tourism, to further the development and public awareness of and interest in the visual and performing arts and historic preservation which are essential to public welfare and the quality of life in Garland, Texas.

Activities this year must fall within the 2024-2025 fiscal year - October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025.

The 2024-2025 Application Timeline:

* August 1 - Applications Open

* August 31 - Applications Due by 11:59pm

* September 12 - Interviews for Grant Applicants at Granville Arts Center from 4pm-7pm. All applying organizations are required to schedule an interview. Access to sign-ups will become available upon completion and submission of your application.

* October 7 - Council Work Session to recommend Grant Award Amounts

* October 8 - Council Regular Session to approve recommended Grant Award Amounts
