Notice of Adopted and Filed Changes to the Regulations of the Alaska Real Estate Commission

On August 2, 2024, the Real Estate Commission adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 64 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern updates dealing with the consumer disclosure form, the waiver of right to be represented form, and the property disclosure form, which have been updated and are adopted by reference.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on August 21, 2024, and are effective on September 20, 2024. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 251, October 2024 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
