Ryan Specialty has completed the acquisition of Innovisk Capital Partnersfrom Abry Partners and BHMS Investments, LP. Innovisk is now a part of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers, the underwriting management segment within Ryan Specialty. Read the press release here.
