At 2:12 AM, Troopers arrested Brandon White, age 29, of 248 Holly Road, South Kingstown, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs - First Offense with a B.A.C. .15 or Greater - First Offense (Phase I B.A.C. = .194, Phase II B.A.C. = .206). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 North in the Town of East Greenwich. Mr. White was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and held pending morning arraignment as a bail violator at Third Division District Court.
