Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Jermal Williams, age 35, of 30 Washington Street, Apt. 303, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Driving Without Application for License, originating out of the East Providence Police Department; and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Driving Without/Expired License, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lonsdale Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Williams was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future Sixth Division District Court date.

At 12:50 PM, Troopers arrested Sheryl Giorgi, age 43, of 1119 Douglas Avenue, Apt. 16, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Crystal Meth); and 2.) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for a Non-Criminal Charge. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Giorgi was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Women's Intake Center.
