Chief Information Officer Candidate presentation and open forums - upcoming dates

The Interim Vice President for Finance and Administration, Susan Allen, along with the search committee for the position of Georgia College & State University Chief Information Officer, will host three candidates for on-campus interviews and open forums. We encourage all faculty, staff and students to attend the open forums, which will be held in the Pat Peterson Museum Education Room at the following times:

• Candidate 1 - Monday, Nov. 18 at 1:15 p.m.
• Candidate 2 - Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 11 a.m.
• Candidate 3 - Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 1:15 p.m.

Each candidate will speak for 20 minutes on "The history of the role of the CIO in higher education as well as their vision for the future of the CIO role, and the use of IT, here at Georgia College." Following the presentation, the candidate will respond to questions from the audience.
