LOS ANGELES, CA - September 30, 2024 - The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce mourns the passing of former Board member Dr. Maureen Kindel, a trailblazer in public service and education.

"We are heartbroken over the loss of Maureen Kindel. For over 20 years, she was a guiding force at the Chamber, serving on our Board and playing a critical role in shaping our initiatives. Her dedication to Los Angeles, her public service, and her mentorship of civic leaders have left an indelible mark.
