DEN CEO Phil Washington Named Colorado LGBTQ Chamber Government Official of the Year

DENVER - November 12, 2024 - Denver International Airport (DEN) CEO Phil Washington has been named the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce Government Official of the Year.

The Government Official of the Year award honors a dedicated leader who has made an outstanding contribution to public service, significantly supporting the mission and goals of the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. In presenting the award at their annual awards reception Saturday, Nov. 9, the Chamber noted that, "Phil has been instrumental in implementing equity and excellence for DEN since being confirmed as CEO in 2021."
