Over 500 employee community grants issued

At REA Group, we believe what's important to our people should be important to us too. Our Employee Community Grants program enables our people to support grassroots or not-for-profit organisations of their choosing by providing up to $1,000 to help them achieve their goals.

We have just issued our latest round of grants, officially ticking us over 500 successful employee community grants.

About REA's Employee Community Grants Program

Each year, we offer three rounds of 15 grants worth up to $1,000 each. The grants are used to purchase something tangible that will help the organisation achieve their mission.

Since the program began in 2014, we've completed 32 rounds of funding, to a total of 503 organisations, at a value of over $550,000!

Round 30 recipient Melbourne City Football Club purchased a new defibrillator!
