3. Review and approval of the August 28, 2024, open session meeting minutes.
4. Agency update from each Council member.
5. Shelter Plan - Greg Engle.
6. Future meetings are as follows:

   • December 11, 2024 (virtual)
   • January 2, 2025
7. The Council may convene into closed session during the meeting pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(d) for the purpose of considering strategy for crime detection or prevention, including current security threats.

   c. WING Inauguration Support.
   d. WING Readiness.
   e. State Intelligence Community update.
   f. Agency and Strategic Partner updates.
8. Convene into open session for possible action on items discussed in closed session.
