Tornado Damage Form

Following the EF-1 tornado that hit our Village on Monday, July 15, Flossmoor is working with the Cook County Emergency Management and Regional Security organization to compile a report on property damage to help determine eligibility for FEMA Public Assistance, which is designed to reimburse local communities for actions taken to mitigate a disaster. The report will also help determine if FEMA individual loan assistance or SBA disaster loans are available to residents and business owners. An online form has been created for you to report property damage to be included in this report. Forms are due by noon on Monday, July 22.
