FIELD/COURT RELINQUISHMENTS MUST BE 7 DAYS PRIOR

Field relinquishments are due seven (7) business days in advance. Please check your reservations/schedules. If you will not be using the fields/courts during your reservation timeslot over Labor Day Weekend (August 30-September 2nd), you must relinquish it By Friday August 23. You can relinquish from within your account (7 days prior), or email [email protected]. Staffing is scheduled partially based on field/court reservations. Cancelling at the last minute, or after the reservation timeframe has passed, will NOT remove the fee/s from your invoice.
