Baker McKenzie Legal Advisor to Carnegie and Nordea in PowerCell’s Primary Issuance of Shares of Approximately SEK 190 million

PowerCell Sweden AB (publ) has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 190 million through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure.
