This is your USD News Minute.

Welcome new Toreros! It was an exciting weekend as more than 1,400 first-year and transfer students moved into campus housing. The weekend was packed with activities for the whole family. The first day of classes is Wednesday.

The Princeton Review has once again recognized USD as the most beautiful campus in the nation in its 2025 Best Colleges rankings.USD also ranked #3 for best quality of life, #10 for caring about conservation and #18 for best-run colleges.

It's the start of the school year - are you interested in learning more about your professors and what they're really passionate about outside of the classroom?
