Village of Malone - Thomas Hill Solar Farm Project

Negative Declaration

Franklin County - The Village of Malone Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Thomas Hill Solar Farm Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the building of a single Solar Farm (34.85 acres), 5.00MW (AC) consisting of 2V15 fixed structure mounted panels with corresponding equipment, including inverters, transformers, electrical protection facility and interconnection poles/equipment for connection to National Grid, to be located on the two properties. The project is located east of 189 Ft. Covington Street in the Village of Malone, New York.
