On September 25, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Angel L. Reyes, age 42, of 476 Smith Street - Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Child Molestation (2 counts). Mr. Reyes was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Providence Police Department on scene.

On September 25, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section arrested Jessica A. Abreu, age 33, of 207 Fountain Street - Apartment 1, Fall River, Massachusetts, on a Federal Arrest Warrant for Violation of Bail on an original charge of International Kidnapping. Ms. Abreu was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Rhode Island Federal Courthouse by members of the United States Marshals Service.
