Released: SSI, Spousal Impoverishment, and Medicare Savings Program Resource Standards for 2025

New information from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) derived from its annual evaluation and updates to income and resource thresholds for eligibility in multiple Medicaid programs may be of interest to LeadingAge members.

CMS on November 15 issued these updates in an informational bulletin and updated their website. The informational bulletin contains a chart on the third page with benefit rates, resource standards, and income limits.

Current thresholds compared to those from 2024 reveal modest increases in some areas.
