On November 7, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Christopher Peralta, age 34, with a last known address of 5 Parrillo Circle, Johnston, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles To/From Institution; 2) Possession of Controlled Substance - Schedule I-V; 3) Unlawful Possession of Telecommunications Device; and 4) Unlawful Possession of Telecommunications Device. Mr. Peralta was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court Violator and granted $20,000 surety bail.

On November 7, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Fernando Jesurum, age 37, with a last known address of 113 Spencer Street, Chelsea, Massachusetts, for the following: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance - Schedule I-V; and 2) Assault on Correctional Officer. Mr. Jesurum was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court Violator and granted $20,000 surety bail.

On November 7, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Joshua Fuller, age 33, with a last known address of 18 Lancaster Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive of Justice from the State of Massachusetts. Mr. Fuller was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he declined to waive extradition proceedings. Mr. Fuller was granted $50,000 double surety bail.

On November 7, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Phillip Isaacs, age 49, with a last known address of 1048 Main Street, Coventry, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance - Schedule I-V. Mr. Isaacs was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was presented as a District Court Violator and granted $1,000 surety bail.

On November 7, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Vearl Flanders, age 40, with a last known address of 100 Atwells Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Florida. Mr. Flanders was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he waived extradition proceedings. Mr. Flanders was ordered held at the ACI pending his return to Florida.

On November 7, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Mark Lyden, age 40, of 208 First Avenue (Basement), Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Manufacture, Sell, Purchase or Possess Ghost or 3D Gun (2 counts); 2) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited (2 counts); 3) Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance over 10 grams (Psilocybin Mushrooms); 4) Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 grams (Ecstasy); and 5) Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 grams (LSD). Mr. Lyden was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and then to Sixth District Court for arraignment. The Honorable Associate Judge Isherwood set bail at $10,000 with surety.
