Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Sunday November 3rd at 2:20 PM, Troopers arrested Stephen Silva, age 52 of 201 Pitman Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Technical Violation on the original charge of Domestic Violence, 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance, 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Silva was transported to Miriam Hospital for evaluation, arraigned/presented as a bail violator by the justice of the peace, and turned over to the custody of the Rhode Island Sheriffs.
