Congratulations to six beginning new terms on the Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors

Congratulations to six members beginning new terms on the 2025 Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors.

The following new directors were installed at the Illinois REALTORS® Fall Business Meetings this week in Oak Brook:

  • Matt Difanis, RE/MAX Realty Associates, Champaign;
  • Brian Kwilosz, EXIT Real Estate Partners, Downers Grove;
  • Carrie Little, CARMARC Realty Group LLC, West Chicago;
  • Mark Massey, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties, Edwardsville;
  • Ethan Nagar, Jameson Sotheby's International Realty, Evanston; and
  • Matt Persicketti, Oak Leaf Realty, Frankfort.

Difanis is broker-owner of RE/MAX Realty Associates with offices in Champaign, Mahomet and Monticello. He is NAR's 2024 Association Leadership Liaison and has served on multiple committees since 2013, including chair of the 2020 Professional Standards Committee and chair of the 2021 Professional Standards Interpretations and Procedures Advisory Board. He was the 2018 Illinois REALTORS® president and has been heavily involved in state committees for more than 13 years, chairing several committees, including the 2021 Nominating Committee and the 2020 Performance/ Compensation Review Committee. He was a member of the 2014 Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Class and has served in numerous leadership positions at the local level, including president and board of directors.

Kwilosz is the designated managing broker-owner for Exit Real Estate Partners and has served on numerous NAR committees during the last seven years, including three terms on its Board of Directors and the Broker Engagement Council. He has served several years on the Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors and is the vice chair of the RPAC Fundraising Working Group. Also on the state level, he chaired the 2023 Leadership Development Working Group, the 2022 Business Issues Forum and the 2019 YPN Advisory Group. He is a 2018 graduate of the Leadership Development Program. He serves as the Federal Political Coordinator for U.S. Rep. Bill Foster of Naperville and State Legislative Contact for Illinois State Sen. Laura Ellman of Naperville.

Little is CEO and designated managing broker-owner of CARMARC Realty Group LLC in West Chicago. She has served on numerous NAR committees for seven years, including chair of the Data Strategies Committee and four terms on the NAR Board of Directors. She's been involved with state committees since 2014 and has chaired the 2017 Senior Housing Working Group and the 2024 Affordable Housing and Community Involvement Committee. She is the Federal Political Coordinator for U.S. Rep. Sean Casten and was a member of the 2015 Leadership Development Class.

Massey is a broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties in Edwardsville and has been active on all three levels of REALTOR® associations. He served on NAR's Federal Political Coordinator Advisory Committee, and he's served on multiple Illinois REALTORS® committees since 2016, including chair of the 2024 RPAC Trustees and chair of the 2023 REALTORS® Political Involvement Working Group. He is the Federal Political Coordinator for U.S. Rep. Nikki Budzinski of Springfield and the State Legislative Contact for State Rep. Paul Jacobs of Pomona.

Nagar is a broker with Jameson Sotheby's International Realty in Evanston and has become involved with REALTOR® associations on the local, state and federal levels. With NAR, he served on the 2024 State and Local Issues Policy Committee. With Illinois REALTORS® he participated in its Leadership Development Program in 2023, is the current vice chair of its YPN Advisory Group and is the State Legislative Contact for State Rep. Kevin Olickal of Skokie. On the local level, Nagar's is the president-elect for the North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS®.

Persicketti is a broker with Oak Leaf Realty in Frankfort and has been a part of REALTOR® activities on all three levels. He is the vice chair of NAR's 2024 Medium Board Forum and the 2024 Local Leadership Idea Exchange Council, also served two years on the NAR Board of Directors and on the Federal Financing & Housing Policy Committee. On the state level, he's served on several committees since 2015, including chair of the Local Government Affairs Committee in 2021 and 2024 vice chair of REALTORS® Political Involvement Working Group. On the local level, he served several years as an officer of the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS®, including president-elect in 2017. Persicketti is the Federal Political Coordinator for U.S. Rep. Lauren Underwood of Naperville.
