Mayor Mantello, Chief DeWolf Host Promotion Ceremony for Two Officers

TROY, NY (August 21) - This morning, Mayor Mantello and Chief DeWolf had the pleasure of hosting the promotion ceremony for two of the TPD's hardworking officers- Matthew Beaudoin and Kevin Patrick McKenna.
