General Director of Rosseti Centre Igor Makovskiy held a meeting with relevant specialists who arrived at the Rapid Deployment Group to reinforce it. The head noted that given the changing operational situation in the Kursk border area, it is necessary to increase and expand methods and techniques to counter threats.

An additional training program has been developed for the security unit's specialists who will work as part of the Rapid Deployment Group. It includes practicing skills at a small arms complex, practical training in the use of communications equipment, detection and suppression of UAVs, tactical medicine, as well as coordination with operational personnel for further trips to the frontline areas of the Kursk region.

"We promptly respond to the constantly changing situation and the nature of external influences, introducing new measures and means to protect our personnel. Experience, a competent approach and balanced decisions allow us to perform our work efficiently even in combat conditions", said Igor Makovskiy.
