City of Modesto Wins two Anthem Awards for the Camp2Home Documentary

Modesto, CA, November 19, 2024 - The City of Modesto is Honored to be a winner in the 4th Annual Anthem Awards. The Camp2Home Documentary was awards in two categories: a Gold Award in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - Community Engagement and a Bronze Award in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in Public Service, and. Anthem Winners are selected by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences; Judges are from all over the nation representing organizations such as NAACP, PepsiCo, REI Co-op, as well as DEI Leaders and much more.

Camp2Home: Contributing to the Success of Modesto Through the Power of Community is a short documentary about the City's Camp2Home Program that offers a profound path to self-sufficiency for individuals seeking to rebuild their lives after experience homelessness. This comprehensive program encompasses five vital initiatives: Outreach, Shelter, Job Training, Employment, and Housing. The City of Modesto worked with Serotonin Creative Consultancy to produce the documentary.

The 4th Annual Anthem Awards was the most competitive season yet with more than 2,300 entries submitted from 34 countries worldwide.
