Learn how to "flex" your behavior based on various situations. DISCflex ™ helps increase professional success by providing insight into how an individual's behavior impacts the people around her/him. Your relationships with your co-workers will change and this workshop will help you create a plan for building relationships. This workshop will focus on introverted leaders and will provide participants with a greater understanding of how one can play off of their introverted demeanor to their benefit. Participants will also complete the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MTBI) assessment to identify their preferred interaction style with the world.
