The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns the Israeli occupation's crimes, particularly the recent execution of 13-year-old Bana Amjad Bakr by Israeli forces in the village of Qaryout, south of Nablus. The ministry views this as an atrocious example of the massacres committed by Israeli forces against Palestinian civilians, especially children, which are increasing alongside the unprecedented violence by settler militias. These attacks, such as those in Abu Falah, Deir Dibwan, Qaryout, Masafer Yatta, and the Jordan Valley, are carried out with the protection and support of the Israeli military and political leadership, emboldened by the impunity provided by the occupation's systems.
The ministry calls on the international community to take responsibility, enforce international law, end the Israeli occupation of Palestine, and pressure Israel to curb settler violence and halt all settlement activities. The Ministry urges the imposition of mandatory international sanctions on the illegal colonial settlements.
