Woodbury County triggers ARC payment for 2023 crop losses

The Farm Service Agency (FSA) has started issuing 2023 crop year payments under the farm bill's Price Loss Coverage (PLC) and Agriculture Risk Coverage-County (ARC-CO) programs.
