(b) Effective August 31, 2024, Thomas L. Kleinhardt and Gregory V. Varner retired as directors of Isabella Bank Corporation (the "Corporation") and its subsidiary, Isabella Bank, after reaching the mandatory age for retirement according to the Corporation's bylaws. Mr. Kleinhardt served as a director for 26 years collectively between the Corporation and Isabella Bank boards. Mr. Varner served as a director of the Corporation and Isabella Bank for 9 years.
