IESA Earth Day Great Global Cleanup Heroes Awards 2024

IESA Earth Day Great Global Cleanup Heroes Awards was held on July 1, 2024, at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in Dwarka, India. This event, a highlight of the India Energy Storage Week 2024, recognized notable contributions to environmental sustainability.

The IESA Earth Day Great Global Cleanup Heroes Awards is an annual awards ceremony presented by Earth Day Day Network and India Energy Storage Alliance. This year's categories included Innovation, Impact, Scalability, Outreach and Sustainability. Insan Teri Ganga Maily (Pahchan Foundation) from Titagarh, India, received the Innovation award. Laiday Refill from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, was recognized for its Impactful initiatives. World Cleanup Day Indonesia from Jakarta received the award for Scalability, while Sagar Mitra from Pune, India, got the award for Outreach.

Prakash Sponge Iron and Power Private Limited from Bengaluru, India, was awarded for the Sustainability category. Vrikshit Foundation from Delhi, India, received the Circular Economy award, and For Future India from Mira Bhayandar, India, won the Mobilizing the Mass award. Parivartan "The Change" from Moradabad, India, received the Creative Campaign award.

In addition, Earth Day Network presented some special awards. The recipients were India Energy Storage Alliance, Envision Wind Power Technologies India Private Limited, the International Advertising Association, and Mr Stephen Fernands, Founder and President of Customized Energy Solutions.
