Rep. Sandra Scott to Host “Let’s Put an End to Period Poverty Packaging Party” in Rex Tomorrow

ATLANTA - State Representative Sandra Scott (D-Rex) will host a "Let's Put an End to Period Poverty Packaging Party" TOMORROW, Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 4 - 8 p.m. at the Carl Rhodenizer Recreation Center in Rex, Georgia.

"We want to make sure that girls can go to school every day knowing that they have the feminine hygiene products they need," said Rep. Scott. "Thanks to everyone who donated and thank you to all of those who can come out and join in on the fun of packing feminine hygiene bags for girls in our communities."

Rep. Scott is seeking for volunteers for the event.
